Philippine labor rules are set by statute, regulations, proclamations, and case law. The calculator uses the statutory minimum premiums for rank-and-file private-sector employees. It does not replace the official text or your company’s payroll advice.

How current the data is
The statutory multipliers are stable, but holiday declarations and regional wage orders change. The calculator deliberately asks you to choose the day type and enter your own rate instead of embedding a holiday or minimum-wage database. The guides are reviewed periodically; the last review date is shown on this page and on each guide.
If a proclamation or advisory changes the treatment of a specific date, follow the latest official issuance. The holiday pay rules guide explains why a static calendar can be misleading.
